Agreement between POLIN Museum and Jewish Religious Community
The Museum of the History of Polish Jews states that the excerpts from translations into Polish of the following works:
- Moshe Zonshayn’s “The Jewish Vistula” (“Żydowska Wisła”, translated by Aleksandra Geller), from Yidish-Varshe published by the Tsentral-farband fun di Poylishe Yidn in Argentine, Buenos Aires, 1947; and “Gęsia Street!” (“Ulica Gęsia!”, translated by Aleksandra Geller), from Yidish-Varshe published by the Tsentral-farband fun di poylishe yidn in argentine, Buenos Aires, 1947; as well as
- Benyamin Davidson’s “Jumping the train” (“Na gapę”, translated by Anna Ciałowicz), from Varshe shel matah, published by Dfus Yankielovich, Rishon le-Tsiyon, 1971,
used by the Museum in films published on the YouTube channel titled: "Żydowska Wisła", "Tu dawniej była Gęsia" and "Na gapę", as well as in other materials produced by the Museum were taken from the Internet site of the Jewish Religious Community.
The Museum extends thanks to the Jewish Religious Community for permission to use the above mentioned material.
