Group tours with audioguide
Audioguides are included in the price of each group ticket for exhibitions.
Tickets can be purchased at the museum's ticket offices on the day of the visit or by the website.
Group ticket (with audioguide): 30 PLN/person
Tickets for exhibitions are free on Thursdays. On this day audioguides are charged extra: 10 PLN/person.
Booking of audioguides on Thursdays
- Booking audioguides for group of 10 to 50 people can be made online: www.bilety.polin.pl.
- Booking can be made for every full hour from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Booking is made on condition that the required date and number of audioguides is available.

Payment
- Booking is confirmed as soon as payment is made via PayU electronic system. Failing to make payment within 30 min will result in an automatic cancellation of booking.
Returns
- Booking of audioguides for organized groups can be cancelled free of charge no later than 3 calendar days prior to the planned visit.
Audioguide in French is available thanks to the support of the Institut Francais Pologne.
Audioguide in German is available thanks to the support of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Warsaw.
Audioguide in Spanish is available thanks to the support of the Spanish Embassy in Warsaw.
Audioguide in Italian is available thanks to the support of the Italian Cultural Institute in Warsaw.
