Research and Publications
The Research Department documents, researches, and disseminates knowledge about the history of Polish Jews. We initiate, conduct, and apply research, both specialized and general. We organize open panel discussions and lectures by recognized authorities in the field of Jewish Studies from all over the world. Our activities develop the themes addressed in the Museum’s Core Exhibition. The Department collaborates with research institutions and museums from all around the world. Our task is also to ensure that the information provided to our visitors meets the highest standards of scholarship and contributes to Jewish historiography.
We also provide access to the Museum’s rich library collections, including the most important works in Jewish Studies, and are in charge of the Museum’s publishing program.
