In the Second Republic of Poland film, literature, music, visual arts and architecture were supposed to serve the propaganda of the Polish maritime politics.

Prof. Małgorzata Omilanowska will talk about the Maritime and Colonial League, the interior fittings of Polish ocean liners and their designers, and about how Gdynia’s modernist architecture was to create an image of a modern state.
