Born to the Jewish family in Legnica, Lejb left Poland for the USA following the March ’68 hate campaign. Having graduated from Harvard and become a successful lawyer, Lejb returned to Warsaw in the 1990s.

The book is published by the Czarne i Czerwone publishing house.
