Every Wednesday, in the middle of Warsaw, the birthplace of many favorite Jewish dishes, in the old fortress opens an extraordinary food market – Targ Kręglickich! Many people are interested in the roots of their family recipes when they come to visit Poland.

Visit with us one of the best places in Warsaw to buy natural products – vegetables, fruits, dairy, kasha, fish, meat and breads – directly from the producers and farmers!

Mary Seidler, a traveller and a foodie living in Warsaw, will take you for a walk there, to meet the vendors and to find ingredients to make the most well known Ashkenazi dishes! We'll show you how to shop like a local, and how to have a true farm to table experience.

Mary Seidler -  social media manager for POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews. Traveller, foodie, musician, and singer who has lived in Warsaw for couple of years.
