"Biographies of Things. Gifts in the Collection of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews".
Temporary exhibition dedicated to our Donors, October 18th, 2013 - February 17th, 2014.

This unusual exhibition features objects of daily use, religious artifacts, books, objects made by Jews in hiding as well as a host of oth­er fascinating items, miraculously saved, connected to extraor­dinary human stories. Presented items are a part of a special collection that Museum has been developing since 2006 on the basis of items donated by people convinced that the Museum is their most fitting place. The artifacts will be presented together with works of contemporary art, which will be a commentary to parts of the exhibition.
