10 years later—it’s time for a new opening. We’re changing thanks to the support of Koret Foundation
Over ten years ago, on 28 October 2014, we opened the Core Exhibition. Since then, we have grown to become one of the leading institutions of culture in Poland and in Europe, always among Warsaw’s top attractions. The Core Exhibition has been viewed by over 3 million guests from Poland and from all over the globe. We are not stopping—we strive to develop and follow the most recent trends in order to keep our Museum modern. That is why we are deeply grateful for the funding we have received from the Koret Foundation
The Koret Foundation, POLIN Museum’s Distinguished Benefactor.
The Koret Foundation has supported a long-term program for the development and modernization of POLIN Core Exhibition.
A grant of over 1.8 million dollars, to be implemented between the years 2025 and 2030, will enable our Museum to introduce a number of changes to the exhibition, including upgrading the multimedia, developing new visitor paths, and adding new content. The grant will also support promotion and public programming related to the exhibition, as well as the development of new audio guide options.
In appreciation of many years of support and this most recent grant, we have decided to honor the Koret Foundation by dedicating the newest gallery of the Core Exhibition —Bonds Gallery, opened in June this year—to the Foundation.
The Koret Foundation, based in San Francisco, is a private philanthropic organization that supports groups promoting the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as cultural and educational initiatives in Israel and Poland. The Foundation allocates its resources to two main goals: fostering cohesion and identity within the global Jewish community and strengthening local organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
