The Digital Collections and Resource Center Department collects, develops and shares digital data related to the history of Polish Jews, mainly through producing historiographic texts, building a collection of visual documentation of the material heritage of Polish Jews, and an oral history collection. Some items from the digital collection are available on the two portals: www.sztetl.org.pl/en and www.sprawiedliwi.org.pl/en. The portals are visited by ca 1 million users each year. The Department also runs the Resource Center located on the ground floor of the Museum building; we offer genealogical and historical consultations, and provide access to numerous databases, the library and the unique collection of the USC Shoah Foundation
