On 15 April 2014 at 6.00 PM we invite you to attend the next meeting in the Lectures on the Core Exhibition series. Prof. Barbara Engelking will deliver a lecture about the Holocaust Gallery of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
How is the story of the Holocaust told in the Core Exhibition? Why does the narrative begin as it does in other Holocaust museums but end somewhere else? What does the gallery speak of? What does it pass over in silence and why?
The co-author of the Holocaust Gallery concept and script, Prof. Barbara Engelking (Director of the Centre for Holocaust Research, Polish Academy of Sciences) will answer these and other questions.
